VIDEO CONSULTATION BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Before you visit India, we facilitate a video appointment with one of our senior doctors so that you can discuss your results and proceed with your treatment plan.

VISA ARRANGEMENT

The team gives you and your companion a request letter to assist you with the visa application process so that you can receive early and timely medical care. Depending on how your treatment progresses, our staff will determine whether you need a visa extension and will help you in that way. As soon as you decide to go to India for medical treatment, we provide the Indian Embassy in your nation with your passport details, your companion's passport details, and a letter seeking visa help.

SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

You will have a single point of contact at GM Hospitals who will assist you from the time of admission until your discharge. This individual will assist you and your travel companion with all of your needs, including accommodation, shopping, currency exchange, money transfers, interpreters, and so on.

INTERPRETER SERVICES

In case you are not well-versed in English or require assistance with language services, we will offer you an interpreter at no extra charge. We have medical terminologies-trained male and female interpreters who can better communicate with you in your mother tongue as well as understand doctors.

PHONE/TV/INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

Hospital internet access is offered for an additional cost for laptops and mobile phones. Every bed comes equipped with a personal phone line that you can use to call your family and friends back or to communicate with the medical staff. Every room is furnished and equipped with a television. SIM cards and internet dongles are widely available. The staff at international patient services could help with internet connection.

Airport pickup service

Our International Patient Services (IPS) unit offers a transport service from the airport to the hospital or accommodation facility.

Accommodations

The team arranges any hotel or guest house reservations that may be necessary before or after discharge.

Car Rental Service

If your companion needs a car for any reason, including local travelling we can hire one for him/her for an additional cost.

Calling Card Service

The IPS team members will provide you with a calling card for an additional charge.

Financial Services
